Spicy Baked Fish

• 1-pound of salmon fillet (or the cold-water fish of your choice)
• 1-Tbsp of olive oil
• 1-tsp of salt-free spicy seasoning (you’d be surprised how much you won’t miss the salt by adding more aromatic spices to your cooking). Want to mix your own? Consider powdered garlic or onion, ground pepper, chili powder, cumin, and a little dried oregano.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Rinse fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix olive oil and seasoning together in a small bowl, and drizzle over fish.
Bake for 15 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. Cut into sections (can serve four).
