3 Delicious Smoothie Recipes

There’s a million ways to make up your own shakes or smoothies, but it’s a cinch to make them work for you a little more. Fatigued to Fantastic!TM Energy Revitalization System!

Just add your favorite fruit, a little low-fat (watch the sugars, though) yogurt, and some soy milk or low-fat milk (if you’d like) and a scoop of F2F. (For a more fruity variant, stick with your favorite juices as the main liquid ingredient instead.

With that extra scoop of flavor and goodness, you’re adding a lot to that shake, including:
  • Enhanced energy and vitality
  • Support for mental clarity
  • Support for healthy muscle function

Not a bad combo for pre-workouts at the gym or in the backyard, or for post-workout refreshment.

Here are three sample recipes just to get you started. Have fun, experiment, and enjoy!

Protein rich, pre-workout citrus drink:
  • 1 ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced (or broken into sections)
  • ½ orange, peeled and pulled into sections
  • 1 serving of Tropical Citrus Fatigued to Fantastic!™ Energy Revitalization System™ mix

Blend yogurt and soy milk first, then slowly add fruit until pureed into the soy milk and yogurt. Add Fatigued to Fantastic! mix and blend until completely incorporated into the drink.

This is a fairly chunky drink, so you can always enjoy half of it before your workout, then set in the fridge, to have the rest when you’re done.

Post workout Berry delicious refresher:

Blend the skim milk and yogurt together, then add strawberries and blueberries, letting them thoroughly mix into the drink. Then, blend in the Berry Splash mix. It’s a nice summertime “pick-me-up” after you’ve been burning up a bit of energy being active outdoors.

A just hanging-out mix:
  • 1 ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 serving of Tropical Citrus Fatigued to Fantastic!™ Energy Revitalization System™ mega multivitamin mix

This is a very simple mix to enjoy during quick breaks while working in your backyard. Add orange juice and strawberries to blender. After thoroughly mixed, combine Tropical Citrus mix, pour over ice and enjoy!
