Sleep in your 30’s and 40’s

There was probably a time, not too many years ago, when sleep wasn’t that big of a deal. If you missed a few hours here and there staying up late working on projects or socializing, you didn’t really notice that much of a difference. And, you probably didn’t have any trouble getting to sleep the next night anyway.

These days sleep may not seem so simple. There may be external reasons (children or pets) or internal reasons (stress or conflicts) that won’t let you doze. Or, if you do drift off, you just can’t fall into a deep enough sleep to make it seem worth the time. Instead of being refreshed, you could go right back to bed again.

Before you go chasing after too many dramatic or jarring ways to get your sleep back in order—including some that can leave you feeling groggy the next day—consider supplemental solutions first.

How would you like to sleep tonight, for a change?
Sleep Tonight!™ stress-reducing sleep aid goes right to the heart of what occasionally keeps many of us awake at night—stress.† Stress is really the major reason we occasionally can’t sleep. That’s because when we’re stressed, a hormone called cortisol floods through our system, and makes us feel revved up. That, in turn, makes it hard to relax when we need to. (Think of any time you felt too exhausted to read, but too jittery to sleep at night.)

Sleep Tonight!† has a two blends of ingredients  - a stress-reducing blend with ashwagandha extract and relaxing L-theanine, and a cortisol-reducing blend with herbs that help curb the stress hormone.†  What it doesn’t contain is valerian. That’s because while valerian is traditionally associated with sleep support, for a small number of people it has the opposite effect.

You can use Sleep Tonight! with confidence, because this non-habit forming formula is shown to reduce stress hormones by more than 60% - after just the first use.†** You won’t feel sluggish in the morning, either, so you can greet tomorrow refreshed and focused.†

Sleep and energize!

Another of our sleep supporting formulas was created by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, a well-known energy expert. He recognized that one of the keys to having healthy energy (as opposed to temporarily fueling our systems with caffeine or sugar) is by getting a good night’s sleep.

Fatigued to Fantastic!® Revitalizing Sleep Formula restful sleep blend† contains herbal ingredients including extracts of hops, valerian, passionflower leaf and flower, wild lettuce, and Jamaican dogwood. This blend of time-tested herbs is then combined with L-theanine—an amino acid found in green tea that is well known for extra relaxation support.† Together, they help you go to sleep faster and maintain a healthy sleep cycle.† You’ll wake up energized and won’t feel the creeping fatigue you may have been noticing in your life lately.†

Give yourself a break, naturally.

While it’s easy—and occasionally fun—to brag about how little sleep you get due to work, social life, or family obligations, you can only run so long on so little rest. Sleep is important. It gives our minds and bodies a chance to repair and rebuild, and keeps our immune system healthy and in tune. You don’t have to make the choice between dramatic solutions for sleep (and feeling groggy the next day) or settling for not enough sleep and living on caffeine. Try a supplemental solution first, and let it work with your body to help you get the rest you need.†
