Meet a few of the people that make Enzymatic Therapy great:

Jennifer H. - Director of Shared Learning

What I do:
Director of Shared Learning. My degree is in Library and Information Science. It's my job to keep abreast of all new research and business news in the dietary supplement industry, and pass the information along to other staff members who need to know about it. There is no such thing as a typical day in the office for me. I might be reading patents, searching scientific databases, or locating key business statistics. I spend most of my time in front of the computer or reading technical literature. More...

Adriana L. – Customer Service Representative

What I do:
As a senior in Preble High School's Business Club, I learned about an internship opportunity with Enzymatic Therapy®. I was ecstatic when offered a part time employment position as a bilingual Customer Service Representative after an amazing first year learning the ropes. Now a Junior at St. Norbert College, I am studying International Business and French. More...

Meg F. - Research Scientist

What I do:
As a food scientist I am trained to work with a variety of products and ingredients.  For the past four years I’ve been in Product Development where I get to work with “off the wall” concepts in an attempt to discover new combinations and formulas for products.  Playing with ideas like fruit roll ups or candies with natural sweeteners often lead to innovative ideas; some of our best solutions to problems encountered during development have been born from well-reasoned trial and error.  It’s challenging and exciting to work with so many people and on such a wide variety of products on a daily basis.

Ana T. - Manufacturing

What I do:
For 12 years I have been involved in the manufacturing process of Enzymatic Therapy® products.  Working positions in packaging, blending, and weighing have brought me in to work at all different hours of the day. I have worked both first and second shifts throughout my time here.  I actually really enjoy the various rotations because it gives me the opportunity to interact with, and get to know numerous co-workers!

Wayne R. - GMP Compliances Coordinator

What I do:
I like to think of myself as a teacher helping others understand the quality aspects of their work. For three out of the ten years I have been here, I have been a keyway presence in manufacturing.  This means I confirm that Enzymatic Therapy is constantly and consistently adhering to all the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) set forth by the government.  This position is really challenging yet exciting; every day is different for me. I have to adjust my hours between all three shifts to guarantee that every procedure or policy is done correctly.
