Position: Content Coordinator
Job Description:
The Content Coordinator is responsible for helping to manage the overall website content for retail customers and consumers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage specific content across multiple websites, business to consumer and business to business.
- Post articles to website.
- Create satisfaction and research surveys.
- Lead project teams to develop and propose new ideas for content.
- Coordinate content resources and calendar to support promotions.
- Partner with web writer to create retail promotions material.
- Partner with Education and Medical Communications department to coordinate updates to various web content.
- Update and add website content while maintaining site standards.
- Proofread, edit, and monitor site to remove outdated information.
- Manage content to remain fresh, accurate, and accessible.
- Review website for relevance and accuracy.
- Participate in eBusiness team strategy and projects as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of database structures and working knowledge of HTML is critical.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, or other HTML editing program helpful.
- Experience managing html content, images, electronic documents, audio and video.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, or similar; plus 3-5 years related experience in Internet Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
