    Position: Content Coordinator

    Job Description:
    The Content Coordinator is responsible for helping to manage the overall website content for retail customers and consumers.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage specific content across multiple websites, business to consumer and business to business.
    • Post articles to website.
    • Create satisfaction and research surveys.
    • Lead project teams to develop and propose new ideas for content.
    • Coordinate content resources and calendar to support promotions.
    • Partner with web writer to create retail promotions material.
    • Partner with Education and Medical Communications department to coordinate updates to various web content.
    • Update and add website content while maintaining site standards.
    • Proofread, edit, and monitor site to remove outdated information.
    • Manage content to remain fresh, accurate, and accessible.
    • Review website for relevance and accuracy.
    • Participate in eBusiness team strategy and projects as needed.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Knowledge of database structures and working knowledge of HTML is critical.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, or other HTML editing program helpful.
    • Experience managing html content, images, electronic documents, audio and video.
    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, or similar; plus 3-5 years related experience in Internet Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
