Schwabe CEO Randy J. Rose to Retire
GREEN BAY, WI, November 15, 2011 — Schwabe North America announces Randy J. Rose will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2012.
GREEN BAY, WI, November 15, 2011 — Schwabe North America announces Randy J. Rose will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1,, 2012. Rose has served in the leadership role since 2002, first as CEO of Enzymatic Therapy, Inc. before its acquision by Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG, in 2008, and since the acquistion for the combined businesses of Nature’s Way, Integrative Therapeutics, and Enzymatic Therapy, makers of leading health and wellness natural medicine products.
Rose will be succeeded by Michael. P. Devereux. Devereux has held senior roles within the company since 2001, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
