Overview
Why cleanse with fiber?
It helps your body eliminate toxins naturally.†
As our bodies absorb environmental toxins from the air, water and our food, they can accumulate and wreak havoc on our insides. Fiber helps move the toxins out.†
Many people don't get enough fiber from their diet alone.
It's essential that your body receives an ample amount of fiber, every day. Fiber Fusion provides an additional, reliable source.
Why Fiber Fusion capsules or flavored drink mixes?
It provides daily support for regularity and cleansing.†
Not just for cleansing, Fiber Fusion supports the body's ability to safely absorb and eliminate toxins, promotes regularity, and improves colon health - every day.†
It features True Dispersion™ technology.
This helps disperse Fiber Fusion's unique fiber blend more quickly and thoroughly and keep the digestive system running smoothly.†
It is a clay-free formula.
Detoxification products containing clay can deplete the body of healthy minerals, and often contain high levels of lead and other toxins. Since Fiber Fusion is clay-free, you can rely on it every day!

Technical Data
Description
Fiber Fusion is a combination of all-natural fibers and herbs that safely absorbs and eliminates toxins and improves colon function. An important step in both the
Whole Body Cleanse and
Simple Cleanse intestinal cleansing systems,
Fiber Fusion is also available separately.
Fiber Fusion contains psyllium, one of the most preferred detoxification fibers.1 Psyllium supports cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune health, additional health benefits that other detoxification fibers often lack.1-6 Intestinal flora can also ferment psyllium into short-chain fatty acids (SCFA), supporting intestinal health and repair.7,8
While some psyllium products may not be thoroughly dispersed, the patent-pending True Dispersion™ technology makes Fiber Formula's psyllium unique. True Dispersion ensures that the psyllium and the other Fiber Fusion fibers, oat bran, guar gum, pectin, and marshmallow root, are completely released and dispersed for thorough colon cleansing. No other psyllium fiber works as effectively as the psyllium in Fiber Fusion.
How Does It Work?
Detoxification and fiber
The removal and excretion of intestinal toxins in detoxification is dependent on supplemental dietary fiber. Only fibers that can effectively bind toxins will be successful in eliminating these harmful substances. Due to the unique benefits of individual fibers, the best binding, removal, and elimination effects are noted when combining different fiber types.
Fiber Fusion contains a proprietary blend of fibers with clinically validated effectiveness.
Dietary fibers are complex mixtures of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, mucilage, and gums, which are resistant to digestive fluids or enzymes. Fiber promotes laxation and modulates gastric and intestinal physiology. Intestinal flora that normally reside within the colon utilize fiber as a medium for microbial fermentation, resulting in the synthesis of the vitamins, vitamin K and biotin, and the formation of SCFA. The SCFA are absorbed by the colon mucosa to increase fecal matter bulk and to be used as energy.1,9 Fiber has been demonstrated in numerous clinical studies to provide support of gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, immune, and endocrine function health.2-13
Unlike many detoxification fiber products, Fiber Fusion does not contain clay. Research has shown that clay can deplete the body of healthy minerals and may contain high levels of lead and other toxins.14 The all-natural fibers in Fiber Fusion support the body's natural detoxification process without depleting beneficial nutrients.
Psyllium husk
Psyllium husk is a rich source of concentrated soluble fiber that supports healthy intestinal function.1,2 Often used in laxation, psyllium husk provides intestinal lubrication for ease in elimination.15 In studies, psyllium husk has been shown to absorb up to fourteen times its weight in water and has more reabsorption ability than any other bowel-supporting fiber.1 Psyllium husk also supports healthy serum lipid levels that are within normal limits 4,16, healthy blood sugar metabolism3, healthy blood pressure5, healthy immune function6, and intestinal microflora health.7,17
Oat bran
The most soluble fiber of any grain, oat bran forms a bulky gel in the intestine, which regulates the flow of excretory matter through the digestive tract.1 Research has demonstrated that oat bran supports healthy bile acid synthesis, prevents free radical damage as an antioxidant, and supports healthy low-density lipoprotein levels that are already within normal levels.18-20
Guar gum, pectin, marshmallow root
Guar gum is a dietary fiber and stabilizer is from the seed of the guar plant.21 Research has demonstrated that guar gum supports intestinal health and elimination of excretory matter through the colon.22-24 Pectin from citrus fruit is a soluble fiber that has been studied for its support of immune health.25-27 Marshmallow root has been studied for its support of colon mucosa.28,29 These natural fibers have the additional benefit of mucilaginous properties, supporting intestinal wall health and facilitating the ease of elimination.22-29
Conclusion
As part of a gentle and effective detoxification program, Fiber Fusion aids in the binding and excretion of harmful toxins. The blend of all-natural fiber sources in Fiber Fusion supports healthy intestinal function, promotes healthy bowel elimination, supports healthy bile synthesis, healthy serum cholesterol levels that are already within normal limits, and healthy immune function. Fiber Fusion'sTrue Dispersion technology ensures the fiber is completely released and dispersed throughout the colon for thorough cleansing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much soluble fiber is provided in one serving of Fiber Fusion?
Fiber Fusion provides 4 grams of dietary fiber per serving. Of this, greater than 50 percent, or more than 2 grams, is soluble fiber.
Is it safe to take Fiber Fusion if the gallbladder has been removed?
The ingredients in Fiber Fusion are not known to negatively affect individuals who have had their gall bladder removed, and in fact, the herbs in Fiber Fusion can actually help support healthy liver function and regulate bile excretion.† However, we always recommend you consult a healthcare practitioner if you have specific concerns about the use of any dietary supplement.
Will Fiber Fusion affect the absorption of prescription medications?
Fiber may slow the absorption of prescription medications, therefore we recommend that prescription medications not be taken at the same time as any fiber supplement. Generally, waiting at least 2 hours between taking fiber and prescription medications is sufficient, but please discuss the use of dietary supplements with your healthcare practitioner.
I started taking Fiber Fusion and I’ve noticed I feel very gassy. What should I do?
Because many people do not get very much fiber in their daily diets, when they do increase their fiber intake they experience gas or sometimes occasional constipation or diarrhea. The key to successfully increasing fiber intake without experiencing adverse effects is to gradually increase your fiber and make sure you get plenty of water. Start with 1/2 or 1/3 of the daily dosage and increase gradually over a few weeks. Some people find that adding a good probiotic, such as Acidophilous Pearls™ active cultures, also helps relieve any fiber-associated gas. The benefits of fiber are many, so don’t give up on this important nutrient.
What is True DispersionTM Technology?
Patent-pending True Dispersion™ Technology fiber ensures that the psyllium, other ingredients such as oat bran, guar gum, pectin, and marshmallow root, are completely released and dispersed for thorough colon cleansing.† Encapsulated fiber supplements which do not disperse well are not only uncomfortable to pass through the digestive track but also have limited surface area in which to trap and bind products of detoxification. Because True Dispersion Technology fiber completely disperses, it is both comfortable and provides superior surface area to bind toxins for elimination.†
Why was psyllium chosen as the source of fiber in Fiber Fusion?
Psyllium is one of the most preferred cleansing fibers because of its well documented and wide-ranging benefits. Not only is psyllium an excellent source of soluble fiber, it is also superior binder of toxins, absorbing up to up to fourteen times its weight.† Psyllium has been shown increase stool bulk by up to 100 percent and water content by up to 50 percent making elimination more regular, efficient, and comfortable.† In addition, psyllium supports healthy cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune function and plays a role in healthy microflora balance.†
