"I really love this product especially since it's corn and wheat free! I fall asleep (deep sleep) and stay asleep. Wake up feeling very rested. I'm thankful I found this!"

"I have had insomnia for most of my 39 years. I have been tracking my quantity and quality of sleep for the last two years and have found that I average about 6.25 hours with a quality rating of 2 or 3 out of 5. I have had a sleep study; took Ambien, Nyquil, Tylenol PM, and Advil PM; medicine for bladder control (so I wouldn't need to use the restroom at night); and tried behavior modification (no TV in bedroom, relaxing bedtime routine, etc.) with no significant success. I learned about the Revitalizing Sleep Formula while reading Mary J. Shomon's book "Living Well with Hypothyroidism" and decided to give yet another product a try. My most recent sleep problems have consisted of an inability to fall asleep before 2 or 3 am, waking to urinate, and waking too early. On June 9, 2010 I took two Revitalizing Sleep pills. I didn't go to sleep any earlier, but I did sleep through the night for 5.75 hours. The remarkable thing was that I woke up groggy, but progressively felt better through the day. Encouraged, I took three capsules the next two nights and woke up groggy, but had decent days. I was a little frustrated because I still wasn't getting to sleep earlier enough, so I tried melatonin (recommended in the book by Mary J. Shomon). For the next six days I stopped taking the Revitalizing Sleep and I took 3mg of Schiff Melatonin Plus and went to bed at 11pm. Wow, that worked like magic! Now my circadian rhythm has been reset and I can get to sleep at 11pm like clockwork. June 19, 2010 was the last night that I have taken the melatonin. For the next few nights I restarted taking two Revitalizing Sleep capsules each night. I started having the best sleep of my life, most of it without waking at night. I was still having problems with grogginess, but it was getting better. Since June 24, 2010, I have been taking just one Revitalizing Sleep a night and have been averaging 7.6 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night with no morning grogginess and I am falling asleep immediately! I suspect that if I went to bed earlier I probably would be able to sleep even more. This is remarkable because in less than 30 days, I have found a solution to my lifelong sleep problems! I am extraordinarily happy with Revitalizing Sleep Formula. As a side note, I had problems with the pill sticking in my throat. I suspect it was because I was taking two or three at a time and then I laid down immediately upon taking them. Now I take only one pill (or multiples one at a time) and sit up reading or get ready for bed for about a half hour before I lay down and now I don't have any problems."

"It works for me I do have to take more than one. or I will have to take another around 2 am. I wake up with not side effects. "

"Took 1 tablet at bedtime. Was awake at 2:00 (always wake up between 2 and 3:00) so I took another one. Felt very "weird" in morning. Could not get up until 9:30 - head felt fuzzy. Probably should not have taken the one at 2:00 a.m. Instructions say take 1 to 4 - that's quite a range I think. I probably should have tried 2 at bedtime. Will try again but am waiting for the weekend. Would not suggest trying this during the work week. "
