Bromelain Plus pain formula reduces pain and stiffness of muscles due to exercise and overuse, and is designed for people who prefer plant-based enzymes.† It offers the following ingredients:

Bromelain: Derived from pineapple, bromelain has been shown to block compounds involved in the body’s inflammatory response.† A randomized, controlled, clinical trial found that bromelain reduces pain and stiffness due to occasional overuse in over 59% of participants.† ^1,2   Bromelain also offers support of sinus cavities and healthy nasal and airway passages.† ^3,4  In laboratory studies, bromelain supported healthy lung function.†^7,5  In addition, studies have shown that bromelain promotes cellular health.† ⁶
