fyi to the gals i know

I have to tell you of a product that truly does help with PMS..cramping etc...and menopause symptoms especaially hot flashes.

in general, hormonal imbalances that plague us gals.

i got it at health hut health food store in beaver / chippewa.

all i can tell you is this is the only thing that takes my super hot super flashing away and some young girls told me it makes that one special week bearable.

i spent $50 and just haven't researched if theres something else with same ingredients or how to get it cheaper....

but in the meantime, i'm enjoying getting thru the day without being drenched in sweat.

Saved my Life!

For a couple years I didn't know what was happening to me.Bad mood swings, constant bleeding, night sweats,facial breakouts... and I became really short with my daughte one day I slapping her across the face.ALL so out of character.. that was when I knew I had to figure out what was wrong with me.The last thing I thought of was pre-menopause/menopause. After all I was only 39 yrs.old. Well surprise!
I first tried the over the counter(all Synthetic) Estrogen Balance stuff that temporaryly releived me but I noticed it wasn't long and the symptons were back. I got my hands on a book called "What your doctor wont tell you about Pre-Menopause". It mentioned the ALL NATURAL Estro Balance by Enzymatic. I was desperate and immediately got to the Health store to purchase some.
My moods, periods, skin,life is back to normal. I thank God every day that I didn't have to go any longer than I already had before finding this product. Who will ever know the impact it had on my daughter and I's relationship ,hence her mental health. I recommend this to every women experiencing hormonal fluctuations.
