Will this make me feel too groggy to get up in the morning?

The herbal blend of valerian, lemon balm and hops help you fall asleep naturally, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.† These herbs are included because they work with your body to help you relax, but with no morning grogginess.†

Can I take Remifemin^® Good Night with my other sleep supporting supplements?

Most supplemental sleep support contains hops and valerian, as does Remifemin^® Good Night. Rather than doubling up on those ingredients, it’s probably best to stick with one or the other. You can always return to using your other sleep-supporting supplement once you feel your menopause symptoms have abated.

Can I take both Remifemin^® and Remifemin^® Good Night?

You can, if you’d like the extra herbal sleep support, take one tablet of Remifemin® in the morning, and one tablet of Remifemin^® Good Night about ½ hour before bedtime.

This combination provides 60 mg of RemiSure™ black cohosh rather than the recommended 40 mg of using either product alone, but it is still below the maximum amount used in clinical studies.

Is Remifemin^® Good Night habit forming?

No, there are no known addictive effects to the ingredients in Remifemin^® Good Night.

Can I take Remifemin^® Good Night with my prescription sleep medications? Are there any contraindications?

Remifemin^® Good Night does not treat, prevent, or mitigate disease (namely insomnia) and should be used carefully with medications which have a sedative effect (barbiturates, sedatives, anti-depressants, other sleep promoting drugs and/or other herbal sedatives).

As with any dietary supplement, if you are taking any prescription drugs and/or any other over-the-counter product, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first before using Remifemin^® Good Night. Your doctor or pharmacist is the best person to advise you based on your medical history and present state of health.

Also, be aware Remifemin^® Good Night may impair your ability to drive or operate heavy machinery. Due the added sedative effect, avoid using Remifemin^® Good Night with alcohol.

How soon will I notice results?

Use Remifemin^® Good Night for at least 8 weeks before deciding whether or not it works for you.

Remember, Remifemin^® Good Night is a natural supplement. It may take time to catch up to your body’s natural cycles. You may notice improvements relatively quickly, but for some, it can take up to 12 weeks to experience the full benefits.†

Should I take Remifemin^® Good Night with food or on an empty stomach?

It’s up to you—whether you take Remifemin^® Good Night with or without food is matter of personal preference and convenience. It can be taken before, with, or between meals and won’t impact the effectiveness of the product.

"I haven't been sleeping through the night for years. In the past 3 or 4 months, my perimenopause symptoms have been almost unbearable. I asked my gyno about HRT and she discouraged it. Then my aunt saw an ad on TV about Remifemin. I purchased both the regular and PM formulas. Right from the start, I've noticed a MAJOR reduction in hot flashes and night sweats. I've been sleeping so much better and through the night alot of the time! I just hope the reduction in symptoms continues!"

"I am 4 years postmenopausal and experience night sweats and sleep interruptions about every 2 hours through the night. I started taking Remifemin Good Night on February 3, so I’m in my 7th week. I had immediate good results and expect them to continue to improve.

It’s hard to articulate, but for me Remifemin Good Night does not eliminate the symptoms, but instead takes the edge off them. I’m still experiencing night sweats but they don’t keep me awake all night. I still wake up in the night, but then I go right back to sleep. I’m not totally on top of the hours and minutes that I lie awake, because I’m sleeping so much better.

I was concerned that Remifemin Good Night seems to cost much more than regular Remifemin. Then I compared the doses: Remifemin Good Night contains 40mg of black cohosh, and regular Remifemin contains 20mg. So two pills daily of Remifemin equals one of Remifemin Good Night. So they’re not so different.
