Have you ever heard of the Beloit College Mindset List? It’s a list that they have generated every year since 1998 which talks about many of the things their current year of freshman have always had in their lives. We who are a bit older are usually astounded by the things they have always had as cultural touchstones.

Blue Jell-O?

They’ve never known a world without it.

The infamous KGB? It’s never really been anything but in the history books for them.

Card Catalog? Not these guys and gals. They’ve always done their library searches on a computer…if they go to the library at all! (Remember having to do a report and finding out when you got to the library that someone had already checked out that section of the encyclopedia and you had to panic!)

In that vain…women, even if they weren’t aware of it, have had access to Remifemin® menopause and perimenopause relief and its special RemiSure™ black cohosh. How is that possible you might wonder? It’s because Remifemin’s proprietary formula has been used safely and effectively by women in Europe for over 50 years. True, we Americans came on the scene a little later, but it has been around.

That should tell you that Remifemin is proven and true. It is not the product of a company looking to cash in on menopausal women’s need for a natural answer to hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and occasional sleeplessness.

Building on that firm foundation, Remifemin® Good Night menopause relief has become a part of the Remifemin family in the last few years, with the addition of a Restful Sleep Blend™ to the formula…all from the same company who had the foresight over 50 years ago to find a hormone free way for women to handle menopausal symptoms.

Further studies have shown that women with a history of breast cancer can also take Remifemin. That’s great news for women who used to being left out in the cold when it came to living with menopausal maladies.

It’s also good to know that as your sisters, daughters and friends get to the age where they will be looking for answers, Remifemin will still be here to provide relief for a change.

So even though the women of the next graduating class of 2013 have had innumerable ways to know the evening news before the Evening News comes on, they can still look to Remifemin when they get to the magic age of perimenopause and menopause. And hopefully we’ll be around to remind them!

supercharged echinacea When I’m talking to someone about this time of year, I always say:
You have to check out Esberitox®.
Skeptic? Menopause can be really trying, and even if you’ve always “done it all” you may need to really just make a concentrated effort to do nice things for yourself.
Things are definitely changing. That’s a fact of life and a fact of menopause. Is it just me…or do you find yourself spilling on your clothes more than you used to?
