Have you ever been at a women’s event or in a waiting room when the conversation turns to “birth stories?” The talk escalates with every story.  Each new account starts with, “well if you think that’s bad…listen to this!”

Pretty soon labors are recalled as lasting 24, 36, 84 hours with water breaking at the most embarrassing places. Any first time Mom about to have a baby listening sits frozen with eyes wide open, wondering how in the world she will ever survive the birth of her baby. The truth is, it’s a pretty personal experience and different for every woman.

"Michele, it is so wonderful to be able to receive your info on menapause. I have just realized that I am in perimenapause. I am forgetting alot! I am not sleeping well and I'm having mood swings. Among other changes. My Mom didn't go through menapause and her sisters that did are gone now. So your info is very important to me! Thank you!"
