Well before I began my journey into menopause I was walking down a very unpleasant path of digestion issues. No matter where I went my first thought would always be; where is the bathroom?

Opportunity to travel?  Tell me about the bathroom situation.

All day off site meeting?  I’ll be sure and sit where I can easily get to the bathroom.

I never knew what was coming “down the pike” after I ate. Time after time I would think it was a certain food only to be proven wrong the next time. My bathroom cabinet became a haven of various products that promised to provide me comfort, relief and normalcy.

Doctors were no help. They basically wanted me to just eat more fiber, which often made me worse. I started to just have bad days and worse days…very rarely a good day.

I had to make daily and even life decisions in the room that holds toilet paper. It was really quite stressful and even sad. It was a secret that was not easy to talk about in any social situation. Can you relate on some level?

Unpredictable digestion was really starting to wreck my quality of life.

And what about the bloating? I had to have a separate bloating wardrobe. I dreaded the possibility of someone wondering if I was pregnant even if they were too polite to ask!

The truth is, even though I felt very alone in this horrible secret, an estimated 58 million people also suffer from unpredictable digestion woes that can strike at any time.

I’m happy to say…I no longer have to wonder where the bathroom is. I started taking PredictEase intestinal balancing system from Enzymatic Therapy. It turns out that Predict Ease combines studied ingredients with melatonin.

What?

I knew of melatonin as more of a sleep aid, this was new! PredictEase regulates with a unique fiber blend, replenishes my touchy intestines with healthy microflora that have live, active probiotics and restores the health of my intestines and reduces my occasional abdominal distress with melatonin.

Yes!

I’m back in control! What a relief to finally be normal. (Well, digestively is a good start.) With my digestion distress under control and Remifemin for menopause, the world is my oyster. Yes, I can now eat oysters, or whatever I want.

If you can relate to my story, explore the PredictEase branded products from Enzymatic Therapy.
