So let’s just look at this head on.
You’ve been working in some capacity for years. Even if you have money, you could always use more. You’ve known cramps, feelings of inadequacy, been misunderstood and overlooked.
Basically the magazines have convinced you that you are not thin enough, tall enough, sexy enough, giving enough, brilliant enough and even a good enough cook.
There’s always questions. Is the food you eat grown correctly? Will you ever write that novel or paint that picture? Where did that new wrinkle come from on your neck and did you leave the iron plugged in?
There. Now have a nice day.
Stress is everywhere in our world. Traffic, calories, pollution and really good chocolate wreak havoc with your world.
And then…it’s time for perimenopause.
Now what? More changes? Something new again?
Didn’t you earn a break already?
Is it any wonder we live with STRESS! Sassy, stupid, silly stress.
Sometimes in addition to help with menopause, we need something to help with the stress too. I have a couple of recommendations.
First, L-Theanine
It's a safe, natural choice. The official word:
L-Theanine is an amino acid that is free of significant side effects, unlike many other relaxing agents, to help you manage stress naturally.†
My word: You can feel good about zapping stress with L-Theanine. Explore enzy.com and learn more about L-Theanine.
Next, check out Holy Basil Trinity Blend™ stress management formula†.
The official word:
It’s the first product to combine three unique, standardized extracts of Holy Basil Trinity Blend to:
- Create a powerful, natural response to stress.†
- Help your body cope with everyday stresses.†
- Elevate your mood and spirit.†
It provides safe, stress-free results with no worries.†
My word? Isn’t it great to know that you can chill out safely, calmly and not be taking a bunch of things you don’t want to take?
L-theanine and Holy Basil Trinity Blend. We all know it can get pretty crazy. Now you know what you can do about it.
