I have the great honor of hearing from women around the country. I am a woman in menopause and I take Remifemin® menopause and perimenopause relief† and Remifemin® Good Night menopause relief†.  Women write me at michele@remifemin.com, read my blog at www.michelesmemos.blogspot.com and now we have over 800 followers reading my comments on Twitter in less than a month!

Here’s some of the things women ask me!

Is Remifemin safe for women with a history of breast cancer?
Many women with a history of breast cancer are left out in the cold when it comes to taking something to help with relief for hot flashes, night sweats, lack of energy, occasional sleeplessness, mood swings and irritability. I hear many heartbreaking stories of what they have been through, and their desire to get help.

Remifemin does not contain plant-based estrogens that can affect breast and uterine cell growth. Many women want to check with their doctor and we encourage that. It seems lately I’m hearing from more women who heard about Remifemin from their doctor. That’s a step in the right direction!

Can you help with my occasional sleeplessness? I’m so tired.

We have a nation of tired women who aren’t sleeping very well! I recommend Remifemin Good Night.  I take both Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night. Read more about Remifemin Good Night on our website.

How much Remifemin can I take?
Here’s something to know. You can take 80 mg a day of Remifemin.  Most women start out with 40 mg a day…that’s one Remifemin in the morning and one at night. We are all different and some ladies’ symptoms are off the charts! I’m one of those people and I take 80 mg a day. That’s what works very well for me.  My menopause is now very manageable. I take two regular Remifemin in the morning and a Remifemin Good Night at night. (Remifemin Good night is made up of 40 mg of RemiSure Black Cohosh and a Restful Sleep Blend all in once tablet.) Remifemin has been clinically studied to be safely used at 80 mg in a day.

How long will it take to work?
You need to give Remifemin 12 weeks of taking it consistently to know what your experience will be like. It’s not a drug, so you need to give it time to experience what your results will be after that much time. Some women realize results very quickly, we’re all different. Again, these recommendations are all based on a very heavily studied product…and that’s something you can feel great about!

How long are these menopausal irritations going to Last?
Well, that’s a 64 million dollar question and unfortunately, no one can tell you.  The bottom line is: it can last a long long time! All the more reason to be using your Remifemin!

That’s a small sampling of what you’re wondering about. Remember, I’m here for you. Feel free to email me!

We're more alike than you think.
All of us ladies entering or in full blown menopause have a lot in common. Apart from all the “science”, and what we know on an intellectual level of what is happening to us, there’s the stark reality of living day to day with the changes that menopause brings.
Help the men in your life "get it" when it comes to hot flashes
There were some very interesting letters to Dear Abby lately that you will enjoy if you are a lady in menopause and feel the men in your life “just don’t get it!”
Menopause can spark intense emotions, some positive, some negative. One of the problems that come along with menopause for many women is intensity in emotions. Sometimes that emotion can be anger….or feeling plain old mad.
