What can I use for an overall, occasional cleanse?

There are many reasons to use a supplemental cleanse that we read about every day.  Ozone in the air (but not the upper atmosphere), trace levels of prescription drugs in our water supply, lead levels in the soil and mercury in fish.

One of the best ways to confront these environmental toxins is by choosing to eat fresh, locally grown, or organic foods (when available). Buying green products--an investment in your future as well as a household necessity--can reduce your carbon footprint, too.

In addition to trying to clean and conserve our planet, our bodies can use a cleanse as well. You may have heard about supplemental cleanses, but worried that they might be harsh or uncomfortable. The cleanse products from Enzymatic Therapy® are gentle, yet effective, so you don't have to be afraid of cleanses anymore.

To help your body cleanse itself of the toxins it encounters in the environment, cleansing four times a year (generally, with the change of seasons) is recommended.†
