A good cleanse should include supplements that gently work with your body to promote its natural ability to detoxify itself. It’s the difference between helping your body to detoxify and forcing your body to do so. Herbal extracts, like milk thistle, provide the liver with support at a cellular level.     Reality: Not really. Sure, you might move in a ‘slower gear’ at first, but only because you’re finally stepping off of the tightly wound caffeine trap of sugary coffee drinks and soda. You’ll probably be surprised at how much focus you’ll develop by relying on nutrients for your brain power and “go” factors. In fact, by the end of a cleanse, you’ll most likely feel lighter, rejuvenated, and more energized.
     
  • Myth #3: A Cleanse Means No Fun.
    Reality: Not true. For the next two weeks (and we hope beyond that) you’ll be exploring new recipes, getting back to some enjoyable basic exercise (how does a relaxing walk sound?), and feeling in tune with body and spirit again.
     
  • Myth #4: A Colon Cleanse is All You Need.
    Reality: You are not your colon. Your body needs a cleanse that addresses the whole you. While some cleanses focus only on this aspect of detoxification, Whole Body Cleanse supports all of your body’s natural abilities to purify itself.
