What to Expect During a Cleanse:

You may feel a little sluggish
  • Reduce your caffeine intake: Most cleanse programs recommend reducing your intake of caffeine. Because of this, you may not have the same quick energy you are used to. Caffeine can act as a laxative, and since you’re adding Whole Body Cleanse™† Laxative Formula† and Fiber Fusion™ daily cleansing fiber†, there’s no reason to overdo it.
If you really can’t live without any caffeine, plain black coffee or green tea without cream and sweeteners is probably okay, but try to limit it to just one cup.

Expect changes in bathroom habits
  • More frequent bowel movements: The addition of fiber and an gentle herbal laxative tends to change the “digestive rhythm.” Make sure you drink plenty of water to allow the fiber to work in your system smoothly. Aside from being more frequent, bowel movements may be easier to pass and larger.
  • If you develop any cramping or occasional loose stools, reduce the amount of Laxative Formula†. Cleansing should be a comfortable process with Whole Body Cleanse™† internal cleansing system†.
  •  Fewer bowel movements: If you have fewer bowel movements than usual, consider decreasing the amount Fiber Fusion. Too much fiber added too quickly can bind up your digestive system. Make sure you’re getting those eight, 8-ounce glasses of water per day. If occasional constipation persists, or bowel movements are painful and disruptive, discontinue the cleanse altogether.
  • Remember, not everyone has bowel movements every day. Small variations in your own schedule may simply be your body’s way of adjusting to the cleanse.
Expect the second week to be easier than the first
  • The dietary restrictions, supplement regimen, and changes to your system may seem a little tough at first, but by week two, you’ll probably feel used to it—and feel better because of the cleanse, too.
Plan to keep that good cleanse going
  • Follow a healthy diet—as you did on the cleanse—and you’ll probably keep that vibrant, lighter, feeling. It may help you avoid some of the habits you had before your cleanse, too. Try to keep exploring more healthy recipes and stay away from the refined, overly-processed foods that can leave you feeling weighed down.
  • Of course, after using Whole Body Cleanse™† internal cleansing system, your toxin burden may be lightened, but your exposure to them isn’t.† It takes daily intervention to keep your body clean.† Fiber Fusion can be used every day to give your digestive system that “freshly cleansed” feeling, and to help you flush toxins out of your body.
  • You’ll also want to replenish your digestive system with beneficial probiotic bacteria.† Consider Acidophilus Pearls™ active cultures or Pearls X-press™ maximum strength probiotics as part of your post-cleanse routine. For an added boost, try Fatigued to Fantastic!® Energy Revitalization System™† to deliver lasting energy and keep you going strong all day long.†
