"This product was very useless. I was on it for 2 weeks and literally all I did was pass ALOT of gas! I never had more than one bowel movement per day, which is already normal for me. The directions of what your diet should be are also not very clear. I bought this product becasue it was cheap and I see now that I would have been better off buying a product that cost more because then i would see results. "

"I PURCHASED MY SIMPLE CLEANSE AT A WHOLE FOODS. THE DIRECTIONS WITHIN THE BOX ARE VERY UNCLEAR. WHEN PURCHASING THIS BRAND OF DETOX, I WAS A FIRST TIME CLEANSER WHO HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS. THE BROCHURE ON THE INSIDE DID A VERY POOR JOB IN GIVING DIRECTIONS AND I COULDN'T FIND A NUMBER TO CALL. FIRST, I DIDN'T KNOW WHETHER TO DISSOLVE THE CAPLETS IN MY WATER OR TO SWALLOW THEM WHOLE. SECOND, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY BODY CHANGING OVER THE FIRST FEW DAYS. THIRD, I GIVES SLIGHT SUGGESTION INTO WHAT TO EAT AND WHAT TO AVOID, BUT NOT MUCH DETAIL. I READ LATER ON THE WEBSITE TO ONLY DRINK LIQUIDS AND TAKE THE SUPPLEMENT FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS AND SLOWLY START EATING. NEVER DID IT SAY THIS ON THE BOX. AFTER ALL OF THIS, AND AFTER MY FIRST FULL DAY AND NIGHT OF DOING WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, I THREW UP 3 TIMES. THIS ISN'T HEALTHY!"
