Of the calcium in the body, over 99% is found in the bones and teeth. That's why is makes sense that a bone-support supplement begins with calcium†--but doesn't end there.

Then add one of the suggested additional support products if you have special concerns about keeping your bones healthy and strong.†

Other simple steps to keep bones healthy:
  •  Lifestyle choices (no smoking, minimize alcohol intake)
  • Push, pull, and pressure on bones makes them strong -- keep up the weight bearing exercises
  • Sit up straight, shoulders back, and practice good posture
  • Minimize risk of trips and falls
    • Put up a nightlight in the bathroom or hallway
    • Consider whether you really need that throw rug, and at least make sure it has non-skid backing
